1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) One Hundred fifty Dollar ($150) Travel Savings Credit. The Reward will be delivered as a “Reward Code” to be redeemed at www.AthletaReward.travelleisureclub.com.

2. In order for a “Customer” to become eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:

1. Have a Gap Inc. credit card (Gap Inc. Rewards Mastercard® or Gap Inc. Rewards Credit Card) and received a promotional communication from Athleta.
2. Spend $150 or more in a single transaction (after discounts and before taxes) at a participating Athleta Store or on Athleta.com between 10/15/2024 and 11/15/2024 with your Gap Inc. credit card. Offer not valid for previously purchased merchandise and excludes gift cards.
3. Submit an online Application Form, where Customer must enter name, date of birth, postal code, email address, and upload a receipt or online order confirmation confirming their $150+ purchase, within fourteen (14) days of purchase (“Application Form”).

3. Within five (5) business days of the Application Form submission, qualified Customers will receive an email with a Travel Savings Credit Reward Code (“Reward Code”) and instructions to redeem the Reward.

4. This promotion begins on October 15, 2024 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on November 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT.

5. The final day to qualify for this promotion is November 15, 2024.

6. The Final day to submit an application form is November 29, 2024.

7. Customer must redeem their Reward no later than 11:59 PM PT on February 1, 2025.

8. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.

9. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate.

10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Offer valid to residents of the U.S. only.

12. More than one (1) Reward redemption shall not be qualified and TLC Marketing ("Promoter"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Receipt must be legible. Illegible receipts will be subject to disqualification from the promotion.

14. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.

15. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

17. This Reward is exclusively for Gap Inc. credit card holders. If you do not have a Gap Inc. credit card, you may not qualify for the Reward.

18. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.

19. Full Value of the Travel Savings Credits may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory.

20. If the full value of the Travel Savings Credits is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Travel Savings Credits until it is depleted and before February 1, 2025.

21. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Travel Credits amount.

22. Pricing for hotel bookings rates is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on www.AthletaReward.travelleisureclub.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.

23. Before making your reservation, please carefully review the room and rate details for any applicable conditions.

24. The Reward discount is not applied after the purchase is made. Your discount is applied before the purchase is made. Refunds will not be given on the basis that the expected discount would be applied at the end of the purchasing process.

25. All bookings are subject to availability.

26. Reward Codes eligible for use on the Travel Leisure Club website are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties, other than what is specified herein. If there is any written language or terms and conditions on the Reward Code itself, which is in conflict with the Policy, or any other terms and conditions labelled as such on the Travel Leisure Club website, the Travel Leisure Club shall overrule the Reward Code and be the absolute authority.

27. The Travel Leisure Club Reward Code is not transferable once activated and redeemable for accommodations and other travel product and services available on the Travel Leisure Club website.

28. The Travel Leisure Club Reward and reservations made on the Website are non-refundable and cannot be changed or modified once booked. For Travel Leisure Club Reward(s), terms and conditions as set forth by the supplier of the accommodations or other travel products and services may vary and are defined in the terms and conditions as listed on the Website and must be read and agreed to prior to making a purchase. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Travel Leisure Club Reward terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed travel products and services. When booking a reservation through Travel Leisure Club, the total cost will be reduced by the value of the Reward Code up to a zero cost for the reservation. Additional costs incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to taxes, fees, incidentals, or other purchases are at the sole expense of the Customer and the Reward Code cannot be used to pay these expenses unless specified as an inclusion in the reservation at the time the reservation was booked. Travel Leisure Club shall not be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or any other matters beyond its reasonable control. Further, Travel Leisure Club assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with the redemption of the Reward Code by any distributors, affiliates or third parties other than what is expressly written herein.

29. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Travel Savings Credits are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

30. It is the responsibility of Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.

31. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, and Athleta, a division of Gap, Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.

32. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with Travel Leisure Club.

33. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, Athleta, a division of Gap Inc., Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclays) and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.

34. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.

35. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.

36. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.

37. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.

38. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

39. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.

40. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
